UPBEAT is the European showcase platform for world music.

This platform, co-funded by Creative Europe, supports European world musicians, festivals and professionals, with a focus on sustainability and talent discovery. Their mission is to create a forward-thinking and thriving world music scene in Europe, with a wide artistic and social impact, for the benefit of artists, festivals, audiences alike.

It is a financial and networking support for European festival events and showcases that share the fundamental values of the project: support of new talent, support of music in original language, sustainability, and strengthening the European network of industry professionals.

The 14 current members of the platform, including MMVV, can draw support for booking up-and-coming bands, international artists, hosting delegates or even new collaborations.
