BAKANOA

BAKANOA is a project that has been active since 2017 bringing together seven Colombian musicians resident in Barcelona. Their proposal has a traditional flavour, in which cumbia, currulao and other styles with Afro-Colombian roots predominate. Songs, bagpipes (kuisi) and drums in a concert full of warmth, colour and dance, that convey the joy, energy and passion of the music of the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of Colombia.
