At the beginning of last decade, several artists from the cold Scandinavian shores laid the foundations of a new genre that has currently achieved global reach; synthetic Scandinavian funk or Skweee. Mesak (Harmönia, FIN) and MESAK & LIMONIOUS AKA PAVAN (Flogsta Danshall, SE), two of the pioneers of the genre, have prepared an artistic selection that will be presented to the Mercat de Música Viva de Vic, where they will give in to a struggle with other Scandinavian artists (Claws Cousteau and Sprutbass) and others established in the Iberian Peninsula (Fitzroy North and Niño) to show the evolution the genre has seen since.
